The IIHR journal, which has been published uninterruptedly since 1985, welcomes unpublished articles in the field of law and the social sciences that develop and emphasize human rights topics. Each issue of this bi-annual publication, academic in nature, has the purpose of promoting discussion of topics relevant to the international human rights community.
Through its Journal, the IIHR hopes to continue exploring and evaluating innovative ways to meet the challenges of the current regional and international context, aiming for a deeper understanding of the historical factors and new elements in the human rights scene of the Americas and the globalized world.
