The Center for Electoral Promotion and Assistance (CAPEL) of the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights has published “Analysis of the Norms and Practices to Guarantee the Right to Vote of Trans Persons in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and Panama.”
