Training operators of justice in Honduras

Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras. On November 28, 2018, the IIHR trained 184 judges, public defenders and staff of the Public Ministry on control of conventionality and the inter-American system of human rights. The activity, which involved five working sessions, was organized in conjunction with the DAI and United for Justice programs, sponsored by USAID and the Judiciary School of Honduras. El 28 de noviembre de 2018 el IIDH capacitó sobre control de convencionalidad y Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos a 184 jueces/as, defensoras/es públicas/os y funcionariado del Ministerio Público. La actividad, desarrollada a lo largo de cinco jornadas de trabajo, fue organizada en asocio con los programas DAI y Unidos por la Justicia -patrocinado por USAID- y la Escuela Judicial de este país.
