This is the website of the Regional Project "Promoting and Developing the Concept of Human Security in Latin America". This project is executed jointly by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights (IIHR). The objective of the project is to promote the adoption of the human security approach in the understanding of the challenges of development in the Latin American region.
